Welcome to AJ Diving. By accessing this website and enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: All participants must meet the age, health, and skill requirements specified for each course.
2. Booking & Payment: Full payment must be completed prior to the start of any course. Slots are subject to availability.
3. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start time are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Liability Waiver: Diving involves inherent risks. By joining a course, you agree to sign a liability waiver and assume all responsibility for your participation.
5. Course Modifications: AJ Diving reserves the right to change course dates or instructors if necessary.
6. Use of Media: Photos/videos taken during training may be used for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
